1. The Zettasphere Champagne Promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged over 18, excluding employees of the Promoter and all those professionally associated with this Promotion. To enter simply visit the entry page and provide your email address or send your email address to the SMS entry number before midnght on 5th June 2014.
2. No purchase is necessary. Internet access or text message and a valid email address are required.
3. All entrants have an equal and random chance of winning. You may enter once.
4. Single prize of Champagne. Winner notified by email.
5. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
7. By entering the Promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter, provider or its agencies.
9. Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
